The Salina YMCA will be hosting a triathlon on April 14th. The first wave will begin at 7 AM and each additional wave be proceed every 20 minutes.
This sprint tri will consist of a 300 meter pool swim. An 6 mile indooor bike (spin bike) followed by a 2 mile outdoor run on a path behind the YMCA.
The youth tri will be 150 meter pool swim. A 3 mile indooor bike (spin bike) followed by a 1 mile outdoor run on a path behind the YMCA. Please note the additional stipulations for ages 8-10 years of age.
- Participants must have an adult sign a liability form for them.
- Must be tall/strong enough to reasonably complete the race.
- 4 ft. 9 inches is the minimum height to appropriately fit the indoor spin bike.
There will be awards giving to the top 3 male and female participants in the Sprint Tri and Youth Tri. There will be no age group awards, but final results will include the following age groups.

Shirts are gauranteed if registration is completed before March 13th at 11:59 PM. After this date sizes may not be guaranteed.
